    I still want to say Russell Jr. Guy is super fast. But I like Flo_Raiden's call of Inoue as an up and comer for the crown.

    Not too many fast handed guys at the moment, it's still GRJ and by quite some distance now. Then I'd porbably have Linares, Thurman, Davis, Canelo, Loma.
