yep 3 fights in a years time against world class opponents, I can't remember a time when the Cardiff Ice Rink Champion has done such a thing and he won't because he's a ****ing coward

Come back when Pavlik has amassed 45 victories and you'll feel even more ignorant defending such a coward

Boycott it if you want, I wont, coz I'm putting money on Jones to win by KO. If Calzaghe somehow wins its only because Jones is completely shot, Calzaghe isn't even close to Jones in terms of talent and thats a fact. I pick Jones over Calzaghe 10 years ago, 5 years ago and today.

Relax. Let Joe earn some money. If all you guys keep saying this is going to be an easy fight for Joe, then let him take it. With that said, Joe will not immediately retire and that is what Joe fans are afraid of. If he looks good beating RJJ, then he will likely fight Pavlik or aother top guy. Let it unfold and you will see. I still don't think it is going to be an easy fight for Joe with RJJ, but I am one who is waiting to see this fight and may the better man win. I just don't want Joe to retire just yet especially now that he is known in the USA.

    Jones Jr. has this fight.
If this fight is made, Roy is coming home with an easy W.

Prime JT would have beaten prime JC. No doubt in my mind.

JT and BHops both are tactically on another level. The JC-BHops fight alone should tell you that what with BHops being 42 years old.

RJJ doesn't have a chance in hell of winning this fight. And that's the truth. Anyone who supports this mockery of the sport is seriously delusional.

Edison Miranda hasn't defeated anybody to justify him being world class, and Jermain Taylor struggled with Spinks and Ouma.

I am letting Joe make some cash, but I won't be contributing to it. He wants to get out. I've been attending Calzaghe fights since 1998 and think this will be the last time he'll be getting into the ring. I just can't justify spending money on this particular fight when he's now considered one of the very best few boxers on the face of the planet. It will be disappointing from a boxing point of view.

You forget the time line. Joe will vacate his belts if he doesn't fight Pavlik next. They still have commercial value. He makes more money on the Pavlikf fight ONLY if it comes first. While there may be no FIRM numbers, published reports have him making more against Pav than Jones. You think Jones is going to fight for the same money Kelly would?
