Honestly, I do not think that Prime Mike Tyson would beat Wilder, Joshua, and Fury

Holyfield whips AJ and Wilder, he would probably have problems with Fury.

Holyfield would beat them all too in my opinion, even Fury, but I see what your saying.

Can you imagine what a lightening fast, ridiculously hard punching Tyson would do to AJ?

It would be legalised murder LOL

Anyway it would never happen, Eddie Hearn would demand Tyson fought Whyte first LOL

I think all you need to know is tyson fury's had a three year lay off...ballooned up to 27 stone and still in with a chance to beat wilder and Joshua. Kind of shows the levels not all that good.

The level of skill difference between mike Tyson and these guys is huge IMO. Even a lot of Tyson's opponents we,re a lot more skilled than these three. None of them are skilled. Fury's the only one with a level of skill...and yet technically he's actually pretty terrible. Mike Tyson would have beat them all. Tyson was fighting great fighters in comparison to the guys these have made their names off beating with the exception of klitchko who was an old man in the grand scheme of things. People concentrate on records too much. The guys back then had more losses because they actually fought each other in the eighties. Now you need two years of negotiations to make a fight between them. Them guys in the eighties could do it all. All had great jabs. Could fight on the move. Could all box or fight. Had a much better range of punches. All had good footwork. The list goes on. The eighties guys we,re well drilled fighters. Today's guys are one trick ponies in comparison.

Tyson's prime was from 86-88. I don't see any of these heavyweights giving Mike any problems, matter fact, I pick Biggs to outbox Wilder.

Tyson might well have beaten the 3 highlighted fighters but is it possible also that Tysons mental fragility and or his lacking testicular fortitude once hitting the canvas, might have been exposed earlier in his career.?

2 of those 3 certainly have powerful punches and the third has a skill set that could frustrate Tyson to breaking point. Ok all 3 would have to be bringing their A game to upset Tyson but you never know.

Tyson Knocks Wilder and Joshua out but Furys size and style would be really, really tough for even a prime iron Mike. Fury would simple smother him when he got close and jab him for 12 rounds. Just a bad matchup.

Hahahahaha what are you smoking.... rewatch a certain cruiserweight dropping Fury in NYC. Prime Tyson would kill them all, different animal altogether.

I m not sure Tyson had mental fragility or was lacking in testicular fortitude tbh. What ruined him was the lifestyle. The guy was basically an alcoholic into drugs and stopped training right. Its that what beat him. You don't have a questionable mentality if you spend the first five years putting the fear of death into opponents. A lot of these guys we,re hardened fighters as well. Mentality problems out of the ring definitely.

It was actually hard to frustrate prime Tyson. He hurt you with everything he landed and in his prime he landed on everyone. If your talking Tyson at his best I give them no chance. These guys haven't been in with a combination puncher. I don't think they will in their careers either...because none of the guys can combination punch nowadays.

Fury, Joshua, wilder, are all good at dealing with that first punch. Wilder and fury use their length to frustrate the shorter reached opponent. The opponents are so basic they only have the one punch anyway usually. That's what's stopping them getting anywhere. Their predictable. Tyson's style was made to open bigger guys up. They we,re aware he was slightly undersized. Joshua, fury or Wilder wouldn't know how to deal with it. I think all three would be out their depth tbh even with the size advantage.

May be may be not, we will never know, mental fragility is often a underlying feature of bullies and Cus was the master at dealing with the psycholgical aspect of his fighters.

With regard to Tysons frustration, have a look at his fight versus Bonecrusher and his comments after.

In respect of his tendency to stay seated on the ring floor if decked, ok it happened later in his career but he sure did not believe in Dempseys quote on those occasions, "A champion is someone who gets up when he can't." it very much case of i am staying here till you reach 10,

Tyson was a wrecking ball, our sport has had many such fighters, but likewise those wrecking balls often have been found wanting when the fighter before them does not fold like their previous opponents did.

I am in no way besmirching Mike Tysons impact on our sport or his record, and again am not saying Wilder, Fury or Joshua would beat him prime vs prime, just putting out possible outcomes.

I can't disagree. I think of the three Fury might just have been too big, but Tyson was a FAR superior boxer to any of those three, none of whom is a great fither.

Yeah I agree, and yeah Furys sheer size could have been a problem, definitely a possibility.

my personal feeling is though Mike Tyson would only have to land one shot and it's lights out.
