Old man Briggs better not be calling out any champions. We'll then have idiots on here starting multiple threads stating that Fury or Wilder are ducking him and asking why they don't fight him instead of one another.
I really hope not, but ..... Maybe the plan all along is to have Shannon Briggs come and hijack the party and cause trouble with Fury .... and everyone happily agrees that Fury should fight Briggs first before Wilder !!! NO, please no.
I think the scene is set nicely. Fury in the ring beating up Pianeta. Wilder and the Bomb Squad ringside, ready to storm Fury after the fight. Billy Joe Saunders and a whole bunch of Gypsies on the other side of the ring, beating up civilians. Big John Fury roaming around shouting his head off, Shannon Briggs shouting back at him "Let's Go Champ!" All we need is Dereck Chisora to parachute into the ring ! Meanwhile, most of the crowd came out to watch Carl Frampton .......
he would easily be top five opponent for either guy. both fight entirely bums or old men. usually only featherfists too.
