My gut feeling is Jacobs stays cool and boxes to a clear decision.
55/45 type fight for me, good match making.

 

Jacobs has been active and fighting the better opposition. I think Jacobs might be there for the taking soon but he should have what it takes to beat SD right now.

 

I will go with Jacobs based on experience

 

Derevyanchenko by KO in the mid to late rounds. Its no biggy if Jacobs loses though, with his height and reach he has a second career at Super Middleweight in waiting and is probably due to move up.

 

Derevyanchenko in a classic Derevyanchenko perfomance which means a late stoppage rounds 9-12.

 

This is a great fight maybe a close points victory for Jacobs

 

This is what I think.

Jacobs has the advantage in dimensions and he's a good boxer. I think that if he steers clear of a slugfest with Derevyanchenko he can win a points decision. SD just looks like a cross between a tank and a mincing machine. last thing you want is to let him engage with his combination punching.

Also a close fight for me, and I wouldnt be surprised if SD wins either.
