Khan Vs Vargas

Overall that was an entertaining Saturday nights boxing.

Now to prepare the wallet for 3 weeks of PPV penetration.

 

Khan is still a very good boxer but his chin will always let him down, just look at tonight he was levels above that guy and nearly got knocked out.

 

Khan looked the same as Frampton in his comeback fight - Carl was also struggling badly in a 10 rounder against a durable fighter with many feeling that he may have been taken out if it went 12.

 

*****s me off that. If We come out with the St.Georges Flag we get labelled hostile in our own country.

That flag tells you something, these shi*houses do not want to integrate. The fact is a union jack/england flag probably sickens them lot. Sky were purposely going towards that flag many times.

 

Thing is with this fight it doesn’t generate as much money as they both think it will. This fight is well past it’s sell by date and they both have vulnerabilities. I honestly couldn’t give a **** about this fight anymore. There’s no excitement surrounding it.

 

Khan looked like sh*t tonight, he struggled with Vargas. I really wanted to see the Brook fight before, but now I couldn't care less if it happens or not. Brook would KO him early IMO. Utterly pointless fight.

 

Do the white males @ Celtic park who despise the union jack and fly the Irish flag also refuse to integrate?

Do the Asian hindu Indians who are born in England but fly the Indian flag at the cricket refuse to integrate into society?

Get damn grip. I am not Pakistani and have Jamaican and Scottish parents. You wouldn't ever see me with a union jack or st George flag. Does that mean I refuse to integrate in society? It's a piece of damn cloth.

I'm a British who lives in Australia and I would never wave their flag or support their rugby team. I actually see Brits who do and it's ****ing cringe

But nobody ever gets on at me about "not intergrating" and me and my aussie mates have great banter over sports.

 

Khans done after watching that tonight. Had little left after seven or eight rounds. The only thing he's got left is he,ll cause problems for people them first couple of rounds....against anyone decent its over after that. The guy just doesn't have it for the top level...he never has. The speeds the only thing that's kept him in the game....cause its been incredible at his best tbh. Still incredible for his age...but he's always slowed with it. And everything else is inadequate. The concentrations laughable for a top level fighter. The chins useless. His boxing brains also useless.

Everything leads to kell brook from here on in...it has since canelo wiped him out. He's just embarrassing himself now with the avoidance of him...to the point its ruining what he has achieved in his career. You wouldn,t even mind if he came up short. But its time to pay the piper. Make the fight. He does have a chance. He can overwhelm anyone them first few rounds...its not an impossible mission especially with brook also a bit suspect. I think people would warm to khan if he just made the fight and gave it his best. Win or lose.

As for Celtic Park with those vermin singing IRA songs while flying the Irish flag, they should be in prison.

Generally most people who are not bigots couldn't care less about which flags people choose to wave at sporting events.

Believe you me it well. If Whyte-Parker managed to make millions on Box Office, Brook-Khan will amost certainly eclipse that.

Brook-Khan will be massive, some won't be for the right reasons, given Brook's Hardcore ENGLISH Following and a certain Green and Star shaped flag following for Khan. It will attract a certain type of audience, mix it in with casuals. It will do high numbers

 

Firstly, I thought Terry O’Connor was a disgrace in that Khan fight. He reminded me of the plonker who reffed the AJ-Parker fight. He did not allow Vargas to work Khan on the inside when Khan tried to tie him up. Sometimes stepping between them when Vargas was having success with trying to work him over.

Secondly, Smith and Froch talk absolute tripe.

Thirdly, I thought Khan ran from round 6 onwards throwing very little back. If we’re going to give H Fury stick for running against Parker then we should be consistent with Khan tonight. I would have had the fight closer to be honest. The second knockdown was a shot to the back of the head, and it was Vargas who was forcing the pace of the fight. Another few seconds in round 10 and Khan would be put on the deck again, he had proper bambi legs from the last shot of the round.

I loved tonight’s boxing but the refereeing, scoring of the fight and the commentating was just so incredibly biased it ruined it for me. Credit to Vargas for making it an entertaining fight. Khan is done at the top level and will get KO’d by both Pac or Brook.

 

The poor desperate Khan fanboys got a glimmer of hope back afer the Le Greco fight. And now it's back to reality, Khan is a total BUM. and There's about 40-50 Welterweights that would put him to sleep! Not even Eddie Hearn will be able to carefully match him!.

 

I recommend anyone who didn’t see the Martin vs Kownacki to get on YouTube and watch it. It was superb, an absolute war.
