Parker allowed him to do what he wanted though. He wasn't "forced" to do anything. Easy to manage and conserve energy like that. A test will be how he reacts to someone who doesn't let him do what he wants.
I'll give him a call "Alright Josh? Look clearly McRacken has no idea what he's doing, I know a bloke on the Internet who has it all figured out" Be ready to get to sheffield within the next 24 hours mate
That happened in the klitschko fight and he "reacted" fine. Let's be honest whenever he stepped on the gas he was destroying klitschko I think they just need to keep him around 245, work mainly on stamina and conditioning and let this dude just be a marauding wrecking ball because I don't see anyone who can stand up to him if they do that. Making him a backfoot jabber just takes away from his strengths.
Mr R, its Britain, it will be contaminated Fish and Chips or contaminated women. Hmmm, actually, we might not be able to tell the difference between boars or our women, so I'll give you that one.
Who said McCraken doesn't know what he's doing, since I didn't say that. McCracken is an excellent coach and is clearly trying to instruct Joshua on making corrections. That said it doesn't change the fact that Joshua is green. Joshua most likely needs another 5-10 fights before he masters all of the punching and footwork mechanics that McCracken is trying to teach him, since Joshua still only has 21 fights under his belt.
I take your point but he can only fight whats in front of him. He did a good job. I agree that if I were managing someone with a great engine, like Miller for instance, I'd be asking him to ask more searching questions about Joshua's stamina under a high workrate.
Which is what I wanna see. Contrary to popular belief, there are guys at HW that are gunslingers who will come for him.
His skill set isn't terrible, it is basic (let's not add things I haven't said please). But if you wanna be facetious, I'd be more than happy to go over with you a heap of Olympic medalists that have skill sets that weren't/aren't up to par with some of their contemporaries if you'd like.
