Wilder has 3 months left if the fury fight happens.

 

He isnt going to be getting any shaper in the next 2 or 3 years but at 32 hes looking as fit and healthy as ever if not more so. They cant go on for ever but the age you start to decline or become shot is not set in stone and I think Wilders not going to be a shell of his former self in the next 3 years. The big decline could start any time now but im not seeing it.

He may start to lose a little bit of pace but hes not Floyd Mayweather and speed and footwork are not a major part of his game.

Povetkun popped dirty for a banned substance...are u one of those people who blame wilder? Dillian whyte refused to face ortiz in an eliminator despite running his mouth about how badly he wants wilder. Miller hasnt approached his team at all, nor has pulev. And if u think 100% of the blame goes to wilder for the joshua fight not happening youve either been sleeping under a rock or you're an idiot.

Fury appears to be the only one with the testicular fortitude to get in the ring with him.

Jesus wept. You look back at Wilder's long and not so illustrious career and think he couldn't of fought anyone better than he did? Because if you do think that then I don't know what to say to you other than good luck in life because something tells me you're going to spend a lot of it being duped.

The guy fought total stiffs for as long as he could before pouncing on an awful manufactured and ill champion in Stiverne. Joshua did the same thing in pouncing on the similarly awful Charles Martin but established himself as the moneyman in the division and the guy no-one really wants to risk losing a payday against with by losing to Wilder against Wlad.

Wilder could of made the Wlad fight pretty much whenever he wanted but didn't want the work. He then let Joshua take over the division with his financial clout and take any opponent from Wilder he wanted to barring the crazy Fury who hates him and Hearn and would do anything to undermine them - which is his prerogative and not something I don't like Fury for, him Wilder IS a good fight with a lot of question marks.

 

Wlad. Pretty shamelessly too. His resume isn't everyone else. It's him - or at a push his team - lack of confidence before the paydays arrived. Before the Stiverne fight he was fighting the likes of ****ing Gavern despite being in his physical prime, knocking on the door of a title shot and years in to a pro career that came of medalling at the Olympics.

He avoided Jennings, Klitchko , Povetkin ( he could have persued that one and it was his MANDATORY ) Mansour years ago, Pulev and actually Breazeale who he could have fought instead of Washington.

Either way anyone defending this guy has posters on their wall bc that's the only thing I can think of with all the guys who were actually available in his decade long career .

The one guy he actually ducked not avoided was Joshua with no signed contract an ACTUAL contract he agreed to...that is a DUCK added to the debacle of a resume so far....

 

Wlad just wanted the fight to look a little more impressive. He wanted an opponent that might actually bring some money to the table and have an impact on his legacy. That's unlikely to happen if your best win going in to the a world title fight is Malik ****ing Scott in a match many suspect he took a dive in.

At the time Wilder wouldn't even prove he was the top US heavyweight let alone entertain the idea of facing Wlad. There is no excuse for the lack of top ten names at the time being on his resume. Blame it on his handlers if you want but they wanted corpses for breakfast lunch and dinner before he got his title shot and have still looked to tread lightly with him as champ.

Shelly Finkel apparently has all this money he's willing to invest in Wilder fights so why didn't he earlier? Why wasn't he using all this cash to lure in top opponents and legitimise Wilder in doing so making him the big draw he could of been if he was the real deal?

P.S Klitchko fought Jennings to promote himself in the U.S for a Wilder fight bc he WAS seeking him next but Fury turned up which wouldn't matter bc Finkel WASNT going to let Wilder near him ...he SELF said so!
