Fury has no chance against Wilder. Fury is one of the most over rated fighters this country has ever had. His reputation has for some reason got bigger the more he has not had a fight. Not taking anything away from his good win against Klitchko because he outboxed him for 12 rounds in Germany but seriously he has beaten no-one else and now he is this super great heavyweight according to everyone.
If he fights Wilder then it will be cagey first few rounds and then Wilder KO Fury around 4-8 rounds.

He could, but I'm not sold on two things

    A) his ability to concentrate for 12 rounds

    B) his punching power (what there is of it anyway)

I actually think a prime fury could cause a stoppage, see Deontay's face after duhaupas jabs. Fury wouldn't be able to miss

But this fury is going to have to go the full 12 and I CAN see him switching off or trying to do some dumb showboating and getting caught.

I give him about a 1/3 chance of winning

Could say the same thing about Wilder! Although he ducked Wlad!!
I find the whole post ludicrous to be honest, of course Fury can beat Wilder. The problem is we have no clue how good Wilder is and no clue how good Fury is at this point, so anything can happen, but one thing is for sure, Fury is 1000x the boxer Wilder is.

Give it time and we will start to see posts that list Fury in the top 10 of ATG heavyweights

Wilder has his flaws but he's a dedicated athlete at the peak of his powers. Fury is a shadow of the guy that beat Wlad. He's going to get caught and he's going to go down.

Its gonna be a long time mate because right now he has only had one world title fight and outside of that he has a few "good" but not great wins.

He would have to pretty much dominate the division for the next 10 years beating Wilder, Joshua, Usyk, and then hope that some of the prospects come through to be top heavyweights and beat all them too.

He does that and top 10 becomes debatable

    Well it's hard to know.

In all seriousness though ending klitschkos 10 year run, taking wilder, Joshua and Usyks 0s, becoming undisputed and rubber stamping that with further good defences is enough to debate him as a top 10

He'd have better wins than mike tyson if he did that.

If I was 5 stone heavier, a better boxer and was able to take out klitschko, Joshua, Ali, Foreman and Joe Louis then I could have been an ATG too.

A helluva load of if, buts and maybe's about a boxer who has beat 1 credible opponent (in what was a shocker of a fight) in 5 years....if not his whole career!!

"could"? of course, he COULD. But unfortunately, i still don't think we know enough about where Fury is, going into the Wilder fight, to know if he WILL.

Oh yeah I'm not saying he will do it, I'd bet against it with his mental health issues.

Based on his last 2 fights he's miles off the pace. Wilder should make short work of the comeback Fury we've seen so far. He's so far off what he was it's not even funny.

A couple of years ago I think it wouldn't even be a hard fight for Fury, he'd box his head off, possibly stop him late.
Now though although I think he still has a chance the liklehood is he gets stopped late himself.

Someone should put a speeded up version of the Wlad vs Fury fight on YouTube with the benny hill chase music. I think that could work pretty well...

In fact it could be the only way to make that fight watchable
