    just heard this terrible news. Really hope he gets better soon.:( Saviour of welsh boxing.



    "Enzo Calzaghe, the father of former world boxing champion Joe, remains seriously ill in hospital.

    His family denied reports and social media posts that he had passed away on Friday night.

    Enzo guided Joe to becoming a two-weight world champion in an undefeated 46-fight career as a professional.

    Despite having no experience as a trainer, Enzo also led Gavin Rees and Enzo Maccarinelli to world titles."

    Never has one achieved so much from a basic tiny gym in Newbridge.

    Can anyone post ANY link announcing his demise?
    If not then please show some respect as i cannot find anything online stating that he had passed.
    There are numerous false reports from 2 days ago but they have since been removed.
