Robbery: No matter how hard you try, you simply cannot find scoring that would justify the outcome. Example: Casamayor/Santa Cruz. Bad Decision: You can find the scoring if you're looking for it, but one fighter gets the disproportionate benefit of the doubt. Both GGG/Canelo fights arguably are bad decisions, but neither is anything close to a robbery. In fact, although I scored the fight last night 8-4 for GGG, I don't even think 7-5 for Canelo is a bad decision. Because if you prefer a certain style over another, you wouldn't even be giving Canelo too much benefit of the doubt. The first fight was more egregious. But everyone needs to chill casually tossing out the word "Robbery" every time they disagree with a decision. It makes you look foolish and ignorant.
what about theft ? Look they clearly gave ginger the last cos they had totted up the scores of the other rounds and needed to avoid another overall draw.
Absolutely disgusting got robbed of his titles, unbeaten record, record defences and legacy. Yet some people don’t care about the result and just focus on it being a great fight.
No robbery, I had it 7-5 GGG but a lot of rounds were so close. It really comes down to the scorer's opinion on what they see in each round. I DID score round 12 for GGG.
haha. damage control. Ya boy lost. He got stalked and beat down. even Sanchez knows he lost. Yall still got Lomachenko, who's a better fighter than GGG and Kovalev. hahahaha
No robbery teh younger bull took the fight to the older bull and old man was retreating and losing such is life in the wild and our human species when you get old.
People start tolerating subjectivity in boxing too much. It sucks if you justify a victory of one guy over another just because "you prefer a certain style over another", not because this guy actually lands more. Imagine if one football club scored more goals, and the other one was "the pitch general" and "pressed the action". Would you be okay with this other football club getting a victory?
