Well it sure as hell didn't take 30 minutes for Golovkin to swell heavy.

 

Nobody relevant is judging the fight by that. Probably in response to people who have claimed Canelo had pillows or once upon a time heard from folks over and over that JMM got defeated badly by Pacquiao in the third fight because of facial damage.

 

Do I honestly have to explain to you that it takes a while for bruising to get worse? And ofcourse it's not a relevant way to judge a fight. Some fighters bruise up faster than others. Some fighters get cut eassier as well. But you try telling that to the Canelo fanboys on twitter. It wasn't in response to anything. The quotation often said something like "are you trying to tell me that the guy(GGG) with this face won the fight?". I know it's bs, hell… even they themselves probably know it's bs. But they just don't care. Anything to try and defend their hero's robbery.

 

At least GGG didn't cake his face with makeup to mask the bruising.

I wonder what's happening with one of my favorite current propects Joshua Greer Jr. He fought as Devin Haney's co-feature on Showtime a few months back, but it's time to get back in the ring by now. Maybe rematch his lone defeat who I believe is still undefeated.

 

And I just realized The Blues first game against the Blackhawks for the season is on the same night as Roman vs McDonnell. God dammit The Blues hardly ever play on Saturdays

He's lucky the bomb squad didn't get hold of him, when him and his cronies dissed Deontay. Really hope the British Boxing Board lock him in a room, so the bronze bomber can beat some sense into him, for picking on the less fortunate. Lol.
