They need to have some details.

The timing of this fight is very important let's hope Fury got it as late as possible

There is no publicity for the AJ fight apart from Eddie talking about Wilder and Fury, lol.

The fight is Saturday. The media stop is Monday. So no, it’s not riding anything — if they held it across the street an hour before the weigh-in, sure, but two days later? Nah.

    Actually agree with this

If they are holding it Monday thats actually showing restraint and good on them for not piggybacking.

Seriously: is the rule that no one can announce a fight from two weeks before until two weeks after every Eddie Hearn fight now?

Nope but if they announced their fight DURING fight week in order to "take away" from AJ povetkin that would just be childish and petty

With plenty of announcements of other big fights in December, I hope that they put this fight back to February. Fury could have another fight end of November then and be more prepared.

Fury sat on the sidelines for 3 years doing nothing on a diet of KFC and coke, Joshua has been cleaning out the division while Fury is fighting on undercards and Wilder is hoping hes shot. I like Fury and Wilder and wish them success, just a realist.

Too be honest both Whyte-chisora and Warrington-Frampton aren’t PPV Fights.

It’s abit worrying that we’re not really hearing much from Wilder or Finkel about what’s going on tbh

fury will be injured again anyway.

this isn't about AJ anyway, its more the fact fury and wilder need joshua for there fight to be relevant.

Wilder feasting on a another bum is just a given :eatingburger:kiss:

Been cancelled if rumours are to be true, Floyd Vs Pac New Yesrs Eve in Tokyo, won't run 2 PPVs in the same month.

How ****ing silly does everyone look if it is true.

I think it would be good, maybe great news for Fury. He's had all that positive publicity, shown himself willing to take on a big challenge and then, through no fault of his own he gets a chance to fit in another badly needs tune up fight. As long as he can maintain his focus he could wind up facing Wilder in the spring far further down the road to recovery.
I guess the maintaining focus could be tricky though. He's been in camp for a long time now.

Something about all this just stinks.
It ain't right, Fury Wilder just doesn't happen within the next 3-4 months.

I'd be very surprised if we saw a Fury-Wilder fight before Q3 2019.

Mayweather v Pac NYE Tokyo actually is believable.

Japan historically would have huge MMA shows on NYE. It was a big thing when Pride and K-1 were hot. They would draw huge tv ratings.

I could see a promoter ready to stage Mayweather v Pac on NYE in Japan.
