Funny as well that its smack bang when Pov v Joshua are fighting, trying to steal the limelight ??? Feels so amateurish

I hate being pessimistic, but I doubt this happens this year. Fury is just not ready. If he goes into this at his current level, it will confirm he’s not interested in boxing for glory any more, just all about the £££’s.

This is just hilarious. Won't sign sign to fight Joshua for a career high payday, despite all terms being what they wanted and agreed to because of no venue details... Yet takes significantly less money with no venue to fight Fury?
Can we now stop the whole Joshua ducking Wilder nonsense and see it for what it is? His entire career has been path of least resistance, only now he's held the belt hostage and Joshua wants it he's having to up his game. Again, he goes for the easy options as he could have fought Povetkin, yet choose a geriatric heart patient. Could have fought Joshua for all the marbles, yet picks a mentally ill recovering crack head.

So Fury was lying last month when he said he had sent a signed contract to Wilder then?

I understand the reasoning, and on the surface that is fair.

However, it all comes down to commercial value with these contracts, and in that regard it’s understandable that aspects of the contract will be stacked in Joshua’s favour. I mean, rematches going in both ways is essentially a two fight deal. So where does it stop, because I can guarantee that they’d then be rematch clauses for a third fight.

I can see Wilder getting a split as appose to a flat fee, but not the rematch clause. Unless Wilder/Fury does incredibly well, which would change the landscape completely.

Inferno is on top of a bridge waiting for a retweet from Hearn to say it's not true.

A signed contract of terms offered to him by Al Haymon and pbc big difference offering and being offered ie wilder being offered terms by matchroom.

Matchroom FC are out in full force on social media. They are fuming this fight might happen.

How can they call themselves boxing fans?

Same question to the folks who hope for DAZN to fail. Both sides are being ridiculous.

The one way rematch while not ideal was never mentioned by Finkle as being the issue, it was always the venue.

No idea on money or figures specifically, but it's significantly less. Fury isn't draw and his earnings are pretty paltry. Don't even think he earned 4m his Klitschko fight.

Wilder doesn't do to well against over weight fighters so going to have to back Fury here.
