There was no option for my vote. I rarely post here anymore, so it doesn't matter to me at all who loses. I don't have anything personal against either, and I am not friends with either. I think Amsterdam is clearly superior analytically, but PacD has his own niche that has it's proper place in moderation IMO. So losing either is bad for some and good for others.

In terms of boxing knowledge this is like Gatti v Mayweather. I'll let you figure out who is who. Gomez v Cotto is another recent fight that comes to mind which would be very applicable.

Nah....I just don't like it here much anymore honestly. Same topics every week, same arguments, and seemingly even more trolls. Not my style....

I try to join in some good discussions. Then a troll pops up and runs it into the ground.

Close call, Amsterdams basic knowledge is pretty good, but his analysis is expected especially favoring a boxer over a slugger.. He follows a template, very predictable actually. He never surprises you with the out of the box analysis, you pit two fighters against one another and I know who Ams is picking. Ohh he will give you the jargon to the hilt, he would even overanalze how someone sidessteps I give him that.

He has preferrence of styles I wouldnt call him well rounded since when was the last time you read him appreciate the likes of Hatton or Pacquiao. He likes what he likes and he analyze how his fighters would do against a prototypical dogmeat. Frankly, I wouldnt call that rocket science material.

On the otherhand PacdBest knows nothing (in general) about boxing outside of Pinoy fighters. One thing I appreciate about his posts is that they are not pretentious and when he talks about pinoy boxing, he KNOWs and breaths it..I mean the ****in guy is at ringside taking notes! He knows their diets, their workout routine...He knows the specifics. I'll put it this way, If I want an analysis of how a Pinoy fighter is doing or how a prospect progressing, no better one to ask than PacD. Find him funnier as well.

Amsterdam has a preferance of fighters yes, often the best fighter, as would make sense. He picks the guys he believes will win, and his picking percentage would go against your theory of him being biased. It's not about who's the most interesting with their off the wall picks, it's about who's the most accurate and likely to be correct on this bout.
