Like after the Saunders fight, going to fight a bunch of cherrypicked and limited opponents, people will go on about how improoved he is, and how he'd likely win a rematch, and then he'll step up and get exposed a third time. Or will everyone have learned?

He demonstrated frightening power in the 1st round of this contest, dropping Mcdonagh with a cuffing shot. It was handsome Hughie Furyesque as Cuthroat would testify.

*edit* Young Christopher Livingstone Eubank of the manor of Brighton just broke his opponent’s soul. He just done a Tyson Spinks. ICE COLD.

Well, that was a fight where he actually didn't need a trainer...

I fancy him to beat DeGale. Of course, he has huge flaws in that he has no jab and he can only fight up close. But when he is up close, he may well be the most dangerous fighter in boxing. Any skilled boxer beats him 10/10. But any less than that and he'll brutalize them. He'll have Rocky Fielding and James DeGale for dinner. But the other champions, and middleweight? You can forget it.

He’s garbage, living off a name. Can’t believe he continues to fool knowledgeable boxing folk, in particular after being schooled so convincingly against Groves.

De Gale would be a great next fight for CEJ, as he is as soft as butter & would be easy meat.

However I think Callum Smith wants him first and will make that fight next.

So that leaves CEJ having to look for another fight. Will probably see CEJ in with some no name in 9 months time, after bigger match ups have fallen through

I know it was only 3 rounds but honestly there periods in the fight where Eubank was getting out boxed he still can't judge the distance well diving in head first swinging from so far down leaving himself open to shots it seems he ain't learned a thing.

Can't blame him for who the WBSS put him up against. Shame the stupid tinker showed more aggression in the post-fight interview.
