Teper vs Helenius

Helenius is shot to bits, will lose. Can see a KO or decision.

 

Helenius's decline is quite remarkable. The loss of power from his injuries. His iron chin, and durability. He was a killer when he started. That Sam Peter stoppage was savage, a few years back.

 

Eh.. have you seen Helenius lately? No speed, no power, no grit. I expect him to retire in his corner before ten. (I hope I´m wrong) - Seems I was wrong.. excellent!

 

Indeed. His rise-peak was around the time I started getting into boxing hardcore. Was on the wagon from day one and expected him to do some great things. Injuries and promotional problems derailed any chance of that ever happening. Still say that healthy he was a problem and had the beating of anyone of that period barring the Klitshkos, Povetkin and maybe Haye. He had flaws but the handspeed and punching power were something to behold. Think maybe a great trainer(someone like Steward or a Peter Fury) could have done a lot with him. In short a waste. I'm 100% behind him tonight, but even against this useless version of Teper I don't like his chance. Best case scenario is him winning a SD outboxing Teper with his back to the ropes. But even if that happens what are the chances of him getting the decision in Germany?

 

I kind of want to take a small $25 dollar stab on Helenius. He at least knows how to box, and has the size to be a real pain in the ass. Teper is just hot garbage.

but teper is pretty tall himself.

 

Demirezen is better than Teper ever was.

 

Rob is superior to teper, but he might not have the gas tank. hopefully he kos him soon,

So where does Helenius go next? Wouldn't mind seeing him in with Price or Chisora but he could also go for someone like Hammer or Wach, all winnable fights for him.

 

Interestingly Peter Fury offered to coach Bobby a few years back, but Bob declined the offer. Didn't want to move to England or something like that.

 

I am surprised. I thought Teper would walk thru Helenius. Little did I know Teper is more shot than Helenius. Got to give Robert his due, as he can only beat who they put in front of him.
