Easy nights work for Joyce. People will continue to criticize his defense, but with the quality of previous opposition, and his first step up weighing in 45 pounds lighter, why not keep making a scrap of it.

    Whose next for Joyce?

Let's see him squeeze one more in this year. Kingpin in a 10 rounder. Perfect opportunity to work on some stuff while not facing a whole lot of risk. 2019 he ought to face someone like Chisora though. Time is not on his side.

Someone like Gerald Washington. Shouldn't be a tough fight to make and a good name to have on his record. Mansour would be a bad opponent either.

To be perfectly honest, I think an old Kingpin would be a complete waste of time. Joyce is walking straight over these guys. Id be aiming for Kownacki, Ortiz or Jennings.

True. But can any of those fights be made inside the next 2-3 months? Definitely not Kownacki.

Ortiz would brutally stop Joyce. He should not even think about that fight.

Na. Joyce retires him. Ortiz doesnt have the gas tank anymore to hang with Joyce. Joyce is a much better boxer than given credit for. Hes simply walking over guys getting stoppages atm to build a fan base.

If hes with haymon, Ortiz should be easy enough to make for Wilder v Fury undercard, i dont think Kownacki will risk it though.

    JJJ on sparring AJ

JJJ: ''It's very competitive at all times''

    Reporter: ''Any KDs either way?''

JJJ: ''Well, it's sparring isn't it'' *at which point JJJ laughs*

Translation: ''I regularly beat the **** out of AJ in the gym and I have dropped him and sparked him out cold many times''

:deal: Waaaaaay, way, way, way, way too soon to put him in there with King Kong Ortiz, his defense is too porous, and Ortiz is near impossible to land clean on without eating a counter left first. He'd get KO'd cold.

He just completely destroyed a guy contenders Kownacki and Hunter were given credit for beating in his 6th pro fight, and he hasn't even started with holding his hands up or even boxing yet. He's simply walking over guys to build a fan base. Stop trying to protect old man Ortiz so he can fight another penguin, Joyce is calling Ortiz out, the ball is in Ortiz court if he has the guts to take the fight. What would you rather see? Joyce vs Ortiz? Or Ortiz go fight Tom Hanks, Chazz Witherspoon, Derrick Rossy or whoever.
