I'm not so sure about that, Cooney might have KOed 40 year old Wlad, who was slow and had no reflexes.

    Fury seems supremely confident.

Cooney would have been smashed to bits by Wlad when he faced Fury or AJ.

Honestly, wilder is no joe louis, but men, I dont know why you all refuse to admit that he can win to nomatterwho. Not because he's good, but because god gave him a cheat code and he has one of the most powerful punches I've ever seen.

Gipsy, this, gipsy that, boooom! bye. The same as ortiz.

Wilder is 50/50 with joshua, whether you like it or not. And is like 60/40 or more vs fury (at least now), whether you like it or not. That's my opinion though.

I've seen most of Cooneys fights in the past & he lost to Michael Spinks so stick your dumb up where the sun don't shine,Cooney was a big man but does not move as good as Fury does.

On top of Fury looking pretty poor in his comeback fights he won't have Peter in his corner against Windmill.
What tactics and advice is fitness coach Ben Dover going to give him ? Sure Fury is an intelligent boxer but he needs support from a trainer as experienced and sharp minded as Peter for such a key fight.

With Peter Fury i'd give Tyson a 50% chance against Windmill, without him it's 20%.

''My all time great Muhammad Ali laid off and had 2 warms ups and came back''

Fury would most definitely beat AJ, with his ''lusiveness''

Yeah the shell of Fury that couldn't even put the complete shell of Pianeta away would beat AJ lol

Cooney wasn't quite the "great white hype" he's remembered as being. he actually had some solid wins. He was, no doubt, over hyped due to his skin tone, but modern sentiment seems to belittle his actual accomplishments.

    Nice post.

There's always a risk/reward in boxing and Wilder's team plays it to the hilt. Fury is a bigger name than threat, they reckon, and the fight is signed.

It could backfire as Fury could move around Wilder's over extended feet all night, but I doubt it.

Id pick Wilder to get stopped by virtually everyone in the consensus top 10 EXCEPT Fury. TF is ****. As much as I want to see Wilder lose, I can't help but see Fury convulsing on the floor. Hopefully we won't ever have to see him in a ring again. And if luck was on our side immediately after Wilder would fall on his way out of the ring suffering career ending injuries so we don't have to see him either
