So you cant even give me a shred of evidence to prove Lennox was a better mover? Not one clip????? Also.. why can't Joshua get stronger? I see.people get stronger everyday... are you from a parallel universe where people can't get stronger or faster? Can people lose weight in your universe? Im curious... interesting laws of Physics you have over there... I cant take you seriously at all with thise ridiculous statements... just when I have thought I have heard it all.. what the ***** is the point of training at 28 of you cant get better.... he's 28 !!!! You are crazy. And you failed to back any statements up so its an F minus from me
Good poster you Brighton Bomber. When I have my occasional browse on here these days, you are one whose opinions I've got time for. So it's disappointing to hear you brand Lewis and Wlad together. Two different fighters, two different careers. Wlad didn't fight a live body until what? 30-35 fights into his career. Leave simple comparisons to simple posters mate.
What have you backed up? Other than spout clueless dribble. Just the fact you're asking for evidence of Lewis moving better than Joshua says it all. You have a lot to learn. But here try these for different looks. Lewis v Morrison, Holyfield 1, Tua, Rahman 2. Joshua can maintain his strength yes, but how does he get stronger beyond this point? A year away from 30 he's already got his man-strength, he already trains like a demon. Actually with too much emphasis on strength work many say. Tyson Fury can get stronger because he weakened himself. Gary the couch potato can get stronger if he started going to the gym for the first time in his life. Timmy from the post office can get stronger after his accident. But how can a physically peak AJ get stronger at this stage? If Lennox and AJ where toolboxes. Their wouldn't be one tool I could take from Joshua's box to improve Lennox. If I dipped into Lewis box however....
Lennox wins. AJ has power and size which would make it interesting, but ultimately Lennox is simply better. Better technique, movement, jab, ring IQ, and overall versatility.
Ok, looks like we're hitting a dead end here and you're deflecting from the original question posed to you... You are the one who is asserting the "Lennox better movement" and I said please educate me with evidence... please show me kind teacher... but you failed. So let me teach you something real. You can get stronger, no matter what, you have no idea what the human body is capable of to be putting limits on it. When eddie hall was the first man to lift half a ton of the ground.... you have no idea how strong a human can get... It's impossible you have ever lifted weights or done any training to make a statement like that, im baffled. Good luck to you
Lewis got stronger in his mid to late 30's ..don't be foolish and tell me you watched his fights either bc anyone following his career knows this.. Last time I checked I was way stronger at 40 then in my 20's as well ( coming from someone whos 3 decades into lifting) as well as punching...Power and strength CAN be EASILY improved ,particularly for PAID athletes...they are getting paid to perform at their best right? lol Speaking of TOOLS?
Lewis had trouble defending an actual jab however coming back at him. It wouldn't matter anyway bc Joshua has a far better hook off the jab ,he wouldn't have to have a jab war,he could very well Easily worked Lewis over with faster combinations on the inside and out muscle Lewis's holding which was his main tactic if guys were putting up a fight to wear them down, putting weight on them however it wont work so well here .. Whoever can land the faster shots will win ,and it would be advantage Joshua who doesn't control fights with a jab, Lewis does. That makes this match way more difficult against a more explosive 6'6 fighter like Joshua bc reach would and could be nullified with Joshua inside /close range game.. Its a slightly more difficult fight for Joshua then fighting Klitchko bc Lewis had great adaptability ,but winning is another story here. theres enough fights to suggest off of Lewis's fights directly he loses here as beyond his 19th fight who actually has given Joshua a real threat to suggest he was close to losing so far and at a weight below 250 ?
Yeah we hit a dead end as soon as you quoted my post. But we cant leave it like that can we? Deflected? I give you 4 fights as examples of Lewis movement. Ignore them them if you want, but I aint holding your hand. Train, boxed, played sports for years boy to man (one at semi-pro level) and done heavy lifting at work for years too. You don't know me, like I don't know you. Eddie Hall is 30 years old and in his prime physical years as a human being. AJ is about 18 months younger and is now in his prime physical years too. Poor example. You seem to think ive got something against Joshua, I don't, I'm a fan. Like I am of Fury, Wilder, Whyte etc. You just need to get over the fact I don't think there is one aspect of his game that is of the level of Lewis. There are many who share these thoughts. Because you feel the need to ask questions (is that a defence mechanism?), will you return the favour and let me ask you one? Thanks. Name me one thing Joshua does better than Lewis? I can name one.
No lets put lewis joshua to the side for the moment because I am not letting your ignorance win the day regarding physical training. What exactly do you mean poor example if Eddy is 30 and AJ is 18 months younger? I fail to see your point here? Secondly, who are you to judge what prime is? Going of a median or mean from a global survey? It is different for every human being, every race.... You are overlooking so many variables and factors it is mind blowing. I come from an engineering background, I have to analyse everythin with accuracy and logic. And your lack of it is quite infuriating. Long story short... you said AJ cannot get stronger... and that suppsoedly he has reached his prime physical condition... your statement is astounding.. based on absolutely no medical or sports data just your eyeball opinion from your digital monitor... I am gobsmacked that you spent so many years doing sports and never learned anything meaningful... like how training can improve your physical attributes. I am 29... I am still getting stronger and faster all the time... Ive been training and competing since 16... Ive gotten better and better... at different sports. I don't know when that will stop but I'm sure not anytime soon.. god willing as long as I am still in good health.
