Actually about the stoppage, Benevidez didn't look like he really wanted to continue after the first knockdown. That's the type of **** that influences the ref if you go down again. Gotta stay game if you don't want to get stopped.

Definitely, but that mailing style and aggressive output will have Crawford on his toes throughout. People claiming that Gamboa was a tougher opponent or stating benevidez would get whipped and stopped early have no room to talk imo.

 

Great performance! Up on scorecards and still puts it on the line by going for KO in last round.

That right hand was gonna be effective since Benavidez was holding his hands low the whole fight but I believe Crawford wanted to punish him and then take him out late

Benavidez is top two best opposition if was Spence fighting Him Spence hasn't fought nobody too only a damaged Brook.

Definitely Not. Benevidez tested him throughout the twelve round fight. Canelo still reigns as number 1 in my book.

 

I haven't said Spence has beaten top opposition. I just think he's better. He is less dynamic, but he doesn't get hit like this.
