You are being pedantic. Managers and promoters - they are both representing fighters and they both try to do the best for them. But in your book only Hearn has the right to do that. No one else.

If Vargas was in line for a title shot at Porter, and didn't lose he would still be in line. Espinoza has no say in who the WBC sanctions their champion to fight next.
