I take it back, you have watched the fight. Embarrassingly for you that’s worse, because now it’s clear evidence YDKSAB to be saying that it wasn’t competitive. A fight can be 12-0 and still be competitive, rounds can be close with a clear winner. Pedraza actually won rounds and bounced plenty of punches off Davis’ head. I’m embarrassed for you dude.
Here's what CST had to say about the fihgt "Yeah I was totally wrong Davis beat the **** out of him, that being said Pedraza fought like a total idiot and took an absolutely mind boggling approach to fighting Gervonta, he let me down big time, and deserved to be beaten down for that." So CST doesn't know **** about boxing either huh. This was right after the fight where the fight was fresh in our memory btw. Won rounds? LMFAO he won 1 round you ****ing idiot, and that's because Tank took the round off. Just admit you're a loma cocksucker that's why you're trying to downplay what tank did to Pedraza. Majority had Tank wining 5-1 before the stoppage.
You know you can be a fan of more than 1 fighter. I asked a civil question, why doesn't Tank dare to be great and fight Lomachenko? I'm not asking him to fight Canelo, he's had previous struggles with weight and it would be a great match up....or do you not think? Plus I'm not the one claiming such a fighter threatens me as Loma does you.
Whaat? Someone really thinks Pedraza vs Tank was competitive? I don't even have to rewatch to remember it. Pedraza fought very poor fight. I had high expectations to that fight but it was very one sided and poor tactics by Pedraza. Pedrazy is classy fighter so yes, he did hang there and tried hard but it wasnt enough to make it competitive. Pedraza came forward all night, tried to bang with banger and forgot his boxing skills. Didnt land too much and got countered like hell. Sniper didnt use his reach and Tank was picking him apart in early rounds. Pedraza round some rhythm, dropped his hands and tried to play some mindgames with Tank and had some success, maybe 4th round? But it didnt take too long before he was getting outclassed again and got stopped. After first 2 rounds i was sure that this fight is not going to last long. And it didnt. I was very impressed about Tank that night. He was that night more impressive than in his latest outings. And I was very disappointed on Pedraza. He can do way better than he did that night. One of the poorest tactical choices I have seen.
i picked Pedraza to win (yeah, i know) and i had the same feeling afterwards...."tank destroyed him, why on earth did pedraza fight like that", i gave Pedraza 1 round. However, i don't believe this has much bearing on a Loma/Davis fight. i think Loma will probably look as classy as he usually does but stop him later.
Well what Pedraza is going to show up? The one who fought like a complete moron against Twink or the one who he actually used his brain and his considerable skills against Beltran?
that was then this is now. you can compare there performances but styles make fights. from what i have seen pedrazza hasnt learned much from davis fight and loma is gonna crush him in similiar fashion.
Not sure why you can’t just accept that folks dissect fights differently. No one is necessarily 100% right or wrong when evaluating the rounds and who was more effective. Calling people fools and idiots isn’t going to strengthen your argument. Pedraza was certainly competitive in almost every round, the momentum swung plenty of times throughout the fight because Pedraza is the better technician while Tank is the the more talented physical specimen. Tank realized it was better for him to close the distance and impose his will instead of attempting to play chess with a more seasoned Pedraza. It was a smart move but to say he just walked over Pedraza is simply inaccurate. Didn’t I tell you to calm the F down before little man....you’re pushing your luck talking to your elders like that trap queen. Lol
Exactly. Loma homers like @Caper are reaching trying to make it sound like it was competitive. It wasn't. It was an ass whooping.
