Whos in better shape wont actually be important bc that wont come into play bc both will be more then ready to 12. Style wise both fight low guard and throw minimum punches from the outside so it requires less energy. wilder will most likely have an edge however bc hes 30 pounds lighter.

One also has to take into account punches being landed bc that takes stamina out of you,the best shape guy wont matter if he gets slammed in the head and knocked down or buzzed throughout the fight.

As long as fury under 260 hes in shape.

Wilder could be in as much shape as he wants if he cant win rounds its pointless .

Shape isn't going to make Wilder land that punch/punches its going to be ability to set up the shots, which he has the speed to do but will fury be one step ahead?

    IMOP he will be.

Two fights since 2015 but one who has fought recently is just as important in this case. fury is the more natural boxer hes not trying to be a boxer like Wilder hes clearly a true boxer people tend to ignore that time for someone isn't the same, if Wilder was out as long he would need a full year just to get proper sparring sessions.

Its a certain 50 /50 fight on paper bc of the x factors ,its a easy fight to see however....either wilder gets the stoppage or Fury should out point him this is the simple view,

im going with the fury stoppage scenario ,i wouldn't be shocked if Wilder takes a controversial UD either.

I think it will take more then one fight for Wilder to actually get a gauge on this one and it sets up a rematch.

If Wilder wins this it wont be a shocker for me it really depends how the fight unfolds, Fury throws a wrench in it here bc he's taking away Wilders reach ,we don't know if wilder can win a fight against a top guy without that. I think he struggles without reach adavantage and we get a new WBC champion.

Hes going to have to win without relying on reach, he has never done it before against a relevant opponent.

Have to watch Fury again, but last time I checked he was not in the same league regarding reflexes and movement that he showed against Wlad.

Second thing is Wilder won´t be intimidated in any way, whatever Fury might accomplish early in the fight. I still think Wlad with Wilders attitude would have made a dog-fight after round 6 of their fight (Fury ahead on points), stopping the chess and using the power-advantage: Wlad could hav very well risked that and trying to hurt Fury.

Like Wilder is trying to do in their upcoming fight. And my prediction is (if Fury comes in the state I expect him to be): "Wilder will hurt Fury and win via TKO."

Wilder winning would be better for the sport but I'll predict a Tyson Fury win on points.

Mike Jameson V Mike Tyson anyone?

    Forget records etc etc.

Style wise this is a pretty similar fight.

Jameson was big and mobile, not a great puncher but punched hard enough to keep Kid Dynamite at bay, smothered him with his weight etc etc

Tyson, younger fresher relying on his power...

    Wilder Fury.

Fury, big big man similar to Jameson but more flexible.

Wilder, smaller lighter very fast like Mike, and relies on it.

I see this fight similar and predict a Fury win....

He will cruise to a points win, whether he gets the nod or not is a different story.

Gore is not a very admirable person by any criteria, but his grievances in the wake of the 2000 election were undeniably legitimate. This simply is not a matter upon which intelligent people can disagree.
(And yes, there are matters upon which all intelligent people will necessarily agree.)

After all the hype...what's the chances that it turns out to be a boring 12 round split-decision???

Fury being active and in decent shape the last couple of years and I think he wins a comfortable points decision or late stoppage.
One man has the skills and ring smarts the other lacks basic fundamentals but this could be neutralised if Fury simply
gasses out early which could happen, and he gets ko’d.
I’m going for this as the most likely scenario.

I'll pick Fury. Anything might happen, but Wilder is a fraud who targets the medically unfit, and if Fury gets back to 50%, he wins handily.
