So you agree that GGG and Martinez are better fighters than Sturm and Abraham?

Because, you know, … it's pretty obvious … you only need to watch them to realize that prime for prime the first two would beat the latter two.

Possibly. Here's how I see it. AA was tough and had some power, but skillwise he was nothing special. Just would plod in with his guard up ...

No Strum wasn't a great fighter because he ducked everyone with a pulse. Martinez would have schooled him and he knew it. The very fact an average fighter like Strum could stay at the top of 160 for as long as he did is very telling how weak that division was.

140 was a much better division than 160 was at that time. There was no elite talent in it, Martinez was the only man there and he was on his way out. No one gave a **** about Macklin Gaele or Murray. These guys were not world beaters and have even worse resumes than the guys you made fun of at 140 those are facts.

Garcia beat Khan and Lucas. I am still waiting for you to tell me who Macklin Gaele or Murray beat who are better than them.

@HerolGee aka Ren why are you so racist...

your true colours and true agenda ^
I think it hilarious ^ that you posted that in 2012!!! hahahahaha YOU couldn't be more deluded, The Klitschkos were beating black after black like they were in the KKK. Basically as soon as the soviets could turn pro they dominated for 15 years straight.

You're a racist *****. All this trolling you do is race based yet you are too cowardly to admit it.

the amount of top 10 fighters Sturm faced is a crazy long list you thick loser.

hahahaha light welterweight has been the weakest division for at least a decade straight, no division comes close! only 154 was as weak as it for for a few years. If you can't admit that. you're a total cowardly liar.

you have to admit theres some evidence of homecooking and some evidence of ducking in his career.

still a solid world classer though, just never elite for sure.

I disagree.Canelo walked thru gggs punches more like the way a fireman has to overcome his fear while entering a blazing building, knowing the roof can cave in at any moment, simular to the way hagler had to come at Hearns, knowing it was his only chance at winning.Canelo had to gamble and take chances because he didn't want to face the critics for running again. It paid off because a close fight always goes to Canelo,he had to take some huge shots from Golovkin the likes of which he never had to take from any other apponent, that was obvious for anybody to see.Canelo walked thru the fire and lived to tell about it.Canelo is well aware of Golovkins power.

Didn't read the thread, but Golovkin is the first guy to hurt Alvarez since Jose Cotto caught him by surprise in 2010.

    Facial damage is irrelevant.

I didn't see Golovkin hurt, in fact I've actually never seen Golovkin hurt or in trouble. That's just being honest.
