Health is a funny thing, you take it for granted until it gets chiselled away in life. But its the taking it for granted, rather than sustaining/maintaining what works, which is the very thing thats helping to chisel health away. We neglect our health because we got it, and we feel we dont have time to see to it since we got it so why worry about something you have? Mental health must be especially so, since it doesnt physically manifest in a visible way, so it must be much harder to recognise, accept and deal with. Anyway all I mean to say it get better soon champ.
