Joseph Parker would knock Bellew out or win a clear UD for me.

Bellew is criminally overrated based on beating a crippled David Gaye twice.

Tony Bellend has admitted in numerous interviews that he doesn’t see himself as a HW, and would never face a Wilder or AJ because he would get pumped.

Bellend knows his limitations. Parker would most likely pump him too.

Both Haye and Bellew knew before both fights that Haye should have not been in a ring due to his career ending injuries. Bellew could have finished him in both fights early but carried Conman Haye to justify the PPV Pie

This. Parker is used to being the faster fighter, which he wouldn't have been against Bellew and Parker doesn't have power like Joshua or Wlder or good defense to keep Bellew from timing him. I think Bellew would've outboxed Parker and even knocked him down several times.

Parker has fast hands and a chin, but other than that his skill-set is pretty mediocre at the top level. His team was very wise to not let him fight Bellew and instead got him two back to back great paydays even if he wasn't good enough to beat Joshua or Whyte.

Are you mad? If Elite heavyweights cannot knock down Parker then Bellew has no chance. Bellew's power is a myth. Bellew will engage him at some point and Parker would drop him, his chin is average at best.

Bellew has better timing than most elite heavyweights. Whyte managed to do it and Bellew has better timing and handspeed than Whyte. Also, Bellew has better upperbody movement and mobility, since he's a former light heavyweight, so he's much harder to hit than elite heavyweights. This is why I knew Bellew was going to beat Haye, since during the fight Haye was missing a lot of shots on Bellew that would've been landing on the bigger and slower heavyweights.

It's the same reason Chisora was able to knock Takam flat in one punch while Joshua couldn't despite Joshua having far more raw power than Chisora ever had. Chisora's timing and punch placement is better than Joshua's

Whyte was able to knockdown Parker because he can time shots well. Joshua is a great athlete, but his timing needs a lot of work. Ortiz and Wilder would flatten Parker, since they would time him.

Bellew doesn't have a monster punch a heavyweight, but it's more than enough to keep the best heavyweights honest and with well-timed combinations he could rock any of the top heavyweights.

Conn had no problem rocking heavyweights that outweighed him by 30+ lbs, since he'd put a 4-5 punch combination on them.

Zack Page, who is smaller than Bellew and not as good a puncher was able to rock Tyson Fury and admitted That Medzhid Bektemirov was a much tougher opponent than Fury due to Medzhid's superior timing and handspeed. Also, Medzhid was much harder to hit than Fury and was a much smaller target.
