How are they streaming it with an IPhone set up on a tripod or are they just broadcasting the official stream on their channel?
I wonder how viable this series is after this this current set..their struggling to even give away the rights.
Yes, they clearly struggled last time round till Saudi money came to the rescue. They will hope to get a deal for the later stages, but sky and bt don't need them, so they may be settling for what they can get from ch 5?
It’s a carriage deal for exposure- they will be taking the world feed as everyone else is. Taylor is scheduled for 2100hrs before the Donaire fight.
How can they not be able to give away this show ? It's better than most domestic shows this year . 1 world title fight, 1 near world title fight , 1 British title fight involving 2 unbeaten fighters and Butler v a recent world title challenger. That's way better than anything Frank and Matchroom have put on for regular tv and they have it on IFTV. I'd pull the rug out of this season of WBSS now, if I was them. No one wants to see the Cruiserweights again and so far the fights have been poor. Hopefully it'll be a great show tonight but Sauerland , obviously, couldn't promote a glass of water to a man dying of thirst. Pathetic ! They can't even get a tv deal in Germany ffs.
Sportbible page on Facebook and Boxing News website apparently. https://www.facebook.com/WBSuperSeries/
That’s what the foreign broadcasters are listing as there are two separate programmes in most territories. The two main events start at 2100hrs for sure.
They need to sell each fight individually and scrap this 'package' thing. I'm sure Sky or Channel 5 would pick this up on its own. They couldn't care less about the cruiserweights, and rightly so. And for the stuff that sky/channel 5/itv/BT aren't interested in, I'm sure boxnation would pick it up no doubt.
am i right that hearn bought the right if so whys it not on sky i thought every fight on dazn is on sky and every matchroon show is on dazn
