Wilder and Fury clearly aren’t ticket sellers

Wilder vs Ortiz sold about 6,000 tickets so 2 weeks before they started giving them out for free

Probably says more about the UK boxing market than anything else. Fury/Wilder in the UK would sell out the O2 no problem in a couple of days.

Whyte is more established in the UK as PPV fighter with bigger numbers than Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder has never been on a single PPV event

Mmmm not sure Fury has a terrible track record for selling tickets in the UK including multiple events having to be cancelled or Fury pulling out last minute plus Wilder can’t even sell out in his hometown never mind LA

This has a different angle over here though. Nobody really gives a toss if hes fighting Chis. But given the amount Fury has been in the media over the last couple of years, and the fact Joshua is the money, a fight with Wilder would sell easy for Fury over here as the casuals would lap it up

Not surprised the first fight was a war, so it was a no brainer that the rematch would have people handing over their cash fast to try and get a ticket to what they hope is another amazing night of boxing.

Wouldn't be surprised if they sold more on the first day than Wilder/Fury sells in total. But obviously the prices here in the UK for a non title fight would be cheaper. Though in the end the live gate for both maybe very similar.

Im not seeing much promo for this fight so??? Of course they have to save their pennies does Warren and Haymon to pay the fighters in a potential huge loss financially so the entire event is somewhat stale after the brief pressers that were way to short anyway and no fan interaction....

The wilder fan club wants Joshua over here but heres the reason why..... You have two undefeated HW's and no one is taking notice, it would have to be on Hearn to actually promote the fight here bc we know team wilder desnt know what theyre doing.

Who cares, Fury already made Chisora his *****. No amount of tickets sold would make up for that.

And Luis Ortiz would make Whyte his ***** that's why Whyte ran away to pappa Hearn to keep him safe. No amount of tickets sold would make up for that either.

Shows that most Americans are aware that Wilder is a loud-mouthed fraud.

The poor undercard is another factor, there's not a single competitive matchup between decent fighters (Kauffman is no good, old Ortiz will easily stop him).

Who thought a Wilder and Fury in LA would be a big event?
It would have sold better in NY or Vegas.
