The WBA regular belt circle jerk never ends: Charr's PED test results likely void

Charr's test results will likely have to be annulled, according to Charr's US lawyers. Contrary to regulations Charr or his advisors were not allowed to attend the opening of the B sample. Therefore the entire test result should be voided, according to Charr. Basically Charr might get out of the positive test due to a legality, an error in due process by the WBA.

There were important instances in the Olympics when this exact thing happened, e.g. Judo champion Tong Wen and international courts ruled in favor of the athlete.

The WBA has declined any comment. Also no word yet if Oquendo now does need to attempt to fight Charr (again).

So that means millers going to waste even more time chasing after this bull**** belt.

 

Finally we can get the Oquendo Charr match-up that all boxing fans have been hoping for.

 

What will happen is Miller will fight Dino for the regular title and Oquendo will. Be mandated to fight Charr to become the number one contender for the number one contenders belt. The winner can then be mandated to fight super champion Joshua (unless he gets beat) whilst interim champ Bryan will be next in line to have a crack at the regular championship against whoever is mandated when Joshua and Miller/Charr/Oquendo unify it with the super champ.

Of course none of these fights will actually happen and drop outs and drug fails will make for a constant stream of substitutes meaning WBA gets more fees.

No problem here. WBA will create special belt (interim-regular) for this fight.

 

Maybe knowledge of this was part of Oquendo's refusal of the Miller fight? Charr is a less dangerous opponent and may even pay him more than Miller offered?

I’ll never forget Hearn telling Miller that if he can do well and look good against “a Marius Wack”like opponent he get his AJ fight.just so happens Hearns in touch with a million Wack,Charr like opponents and Miller is gonna fight em all.
What’s the difference between a Charr and an Oquendo or a Wack.......please fill in the blanks if you can think of any more.

Basically a Charr doesn’t even equal a Takam imo so the level that Miller operates on tells me they know something about him that we don’t.
