If those straight shots came from Wilder or Joshua Usyk would have been knocked out. I thought Usyk was brilliant defence fighter, but he got caught so many times by Bellew. If Usyk really was that good he would have blocked those shots Bellew threw.
Yes of course, a fantastic fighter like Bellew has no right of landing a single punch in the whole fight vs Usyk.
I am always near to hit the floor because of laughing my ass off as some guys here acting like Wilder and Joshua are dropping all of their opponent with the first punch landed. Wilder was landing many many many big right hands and illegal shots on Ortiz till he was stopped. Joshua landed many many many big right hands on Parker and Parker wasn't even close to be hurt or someting.
These rejects with the “ALL JOSHUA AND WILDER NEED IS ONE SHOT!” crap. Lol! Based off what??? When has Usyk been hurt by one shot let alone KOed??? When??
Bellew is also much craftier than guys like Joshua and Wilder, who have much more predictable offense.
And Wilder hasnt been outboxed plenty of times?? Joshua looking slow and ponderous?? Uysk came up trumps!! a devasting KO. His boxing got him back in the fight.
Love to know when this thing about getting punched back by your opponent made you rubbish lol. Can only presume they never watched Hagler v Leonard
Styles makes fight. Bellew is a counter puncher, ver fast and destroyed David Haye twice, who was seen as a god by many boxing fans. Neither Wilder nor Joshua fight like Bellew does. And people here claimed Haye beat up Wilder in sparring and would beatWilder easily. Fact is, we will never know how Usyk fights as a HW against other competition until he did it.
Bellew surprised a lot of people as he has a tendency to do. He's a better fighter than people have given him credit for before. His moves well, has good upper body movement, changes distance and angles constantly so it's hard to find a rhythm against him and counters very well. Uysk hasn't had to face anyone who could make him miss and pay this much that's for sure. Like any fighter he isn't perfect, Uysk relies on his footwork to control distance, he doesn't move his upper body much and against another mover who could draw him in it was clear he's open to be countered which maybe problematic when he moves up and fights much taller opposition who can hit him on the way in. He can't just block shots on gloves or keep at a distance where he could be picked of by rangier opponents.
hahaha! I'd delete this thread if I was you. Because it's boxing everyone gets hit. You make yourself look stupid, and are getting ridiculed here. It's funny these haters are SO BUTTHURT and upset , they celebrate just cause an opponent lands a few shots and wins a couple of early rounds haha! Guess what - Usyk sussed him out and Knocked him the **** out in the 8th round! Same old story. And the success train of Usyks great boxing career continues!
