I expect any close rounds to go to Wilder. If Fury is to win on the scorecards it will need to be emphatic but even then another Lewis/Holyfield like scenario isn't out of the question. Though if that happens it might help Fury as it was only after Lewis was robbed that some people warmed to him, same might happen to Fury if he's robbed.

I asked this with a poll. Depending on what colour your passport was you seemed to have a very different opinion.

thought i was the only one noticed these things. the absolute dishonesty in posters is hilarious when i start to read their reasoning after establishing their perspective.

Ortiz was clearly ahead in the fight and was down on the official cards. BUT he was knocked down and lost a round 8-10 (Rd 5). Without the KD he would have lead on the official cards too i guess. Fury isn't fighting like Ortiz, he won't try to brawl with Wilder and will win the rounds clearly (with his jab) like he did it vs. Wlad.

Only thing Fury is going to get robbed of is his senses once the bomb squad detonates a right hand bomb on his mandible.

Does the pope **** in the woods? Its America, ofcourse they will try to rob Fury on the cards if they need to. They may not need to, i dont know about you guys but ive been seeing Wilders new super spin move. Slick and black baby, its back and on a whole new level. You never saw Floyd attempting that one.

Its always a possibility in any boxing match. The UK is getting worse for this corruption/incompetence.

However, if Fury hears the final bell, I don't even think a robbery will be possible. That's how clearly he'll outbox Wilder IMO.

will any of you admit fury is just not that good, when wilder embarrasses him, or will you run him past the usual gauntlet of excuses?

Frank Warren has said that they've agreed on neutral judges. Not sure how that will play out. I'd be surprised if Wilder doesn't enjoy at least some hometown advantage. I think the interpretation of the referee when it comes to clinches etc may also not go Fury's way. I think he has to win clearly by a big margin to get a decision, but that's often true for any away fighter and not just in the US.

when i was first into boxing usa and uk were seen as fair in most cases

it was italy a much bigger player than it is now that was seen as the worse country for officiating

pat barrett was the first uk fighter i ever remember winning there

then honeyghan won a few years l;ater

before that i think it was 10 years since a uk boxer won there.
