I agree with your list but I`ve got to throw Azumah Nelson in also because of his one punch KO win over Pat Cowdell at feather and he blew away Fenech in their rematch, a good puncher who against Cowdell was devastating, maybe Cowdell had a suspect chin though.
Nelson is one of my favorites and he certainly had some power, but it was more part of his arsenal than a defining part of him. Cowdell was a great punch timed perfectly, which is why I think power is overrated. Just about any FW was going down with that one...even more beautiful is against Gomez, as his knees buckle behind him. He has some good power and good stops, but I don’t think of him as a power puncher in the mold of a little red for example. Just my take
I like Saddler but Hamed might well surpass him for pure power. Lopez right hand was dynamite too. Ok, Hamed for pure one punch power, Saddler for two handed consistent power with Lopez in the middle with that booming right hand.
I think because Nelson was always coming forward and was never afraid to let his hands go,that it gave the impression he just wanted walk through everbody ( to me atleast) except for the Juan Laporte fight
