David put the legend on ***** streets from left hook. Damn, almost ten years ago but it was good.

Back when David Haye was pretty awesome.

Right now, I'd be more proud of walloping my own grandmother than "beating David Haye" in the ring... After the injuries, the surgeries and the doctor's orders not to fight again going all the way back to 2012/13.

Tony Bellew beat the name of David Haye and nothing else

Pretty much nothing happened for 11 rounds, same old Dave landing ever so often on the back foot and then in the 12th Haye booms him and valuev goes wobbly

That will of been partly due to Haye breaking his right hand early in the fight on Valuev's immense skull. But that's Haye gets injured even when he wins.

it wasnt a title fight anyway? and its not worth remembering except for valuevs freak status and the ridiculous contrast in the combatants approaches to the run-up.

at the time, that title was the actual WBA title. Klitschko/Haye was the 1st ever fight for the "super" belt i believe

Yes it was you spastic it was the legit world title. The number of times I’ve seen people trying to play down David’s reign on here by falsely claiming it wasn’t a genuine belt. It ****ing was you weirdos.

We have a title denier here:pancarta:. The Valuev fight was for the WBA title and he made 2 successful defences of that title.

He remains the only CW other than Evander to come up to HW and win and defend a HW title. Its strange how some bias trolls cant admit these facts for some reason.

I remember the 12th round of that fight yes. Good job nobody asked about the 11 that went before it though cuz they were very forgettable.

I was mislead just a few weeks ago on here, ridiculous for me to fall for that.

Using this forum for discussion has actually had a detrimental effect on my boxing knowledge, although I been exposed to a lot more opinions.

People are so blinded by hate for Haye and other fighters that they manipulate legit facts to play down his achievements. It’s incredibly sad. Moral of the story is never believe a word from anyone here described as a “fact”. Forum is full of people with agendas. I have my biases too but I never go so far as to make up facts.
