Would be a good fight and he couldnt be written off against kelly due to his power and it would be a big step up for kelly.
Think he's an exciting fighter and will get to world level but won't beat the top guys like crawford and spence. Would like to see him in with Thurman but I think Thurman would be too cute for him

Let's be honest. Beating Skeete and Gavin doesn't mean much from a world level perspective. He will get exposed if he steps up to the world operators.

Frankie has great skills just never lived the life, he came in shocking condition for this fight and it's an insult to the Spanish promoters.

Epic crowd obviously closely liked to Athletic Bilbao. It's a shame Warrington isn't the same weight class as it would make for a cracking atmosphere. If Lejarraga had a viable British opponent I rekon he would bring a few thousand with him but looks like he is going the Showtime route as he is co promoted by Lou DiBella

At world level he might be too slow. Lack of speed is a big weakness in KL. But if he could live with losing the first half of the fight, (prob barely winning a round), survive and be durable enough to be still in the fight after 5-6 rounds it could get interesting. He strikes me as a fit hard tough guy who could take a licking and keep on ticking. It might be a game of 2 halves with K L coming more into it late on ...he hits hard with both hands to head and body. I wouldn’t rule him out, right particularly as I say in a long hard fight...

He will struggle against elite, but I'd pay for a Brandon Rios vs Kerman Lejarraga on 2019 :-D

If he really wanted it Gavin, he could still do better now..He just don't want it. If he sat down and had a word with himself, even at this stage and said right," this is my life for the next 2 yrs im gonna train like ****", the skills are there, the power isn't and never will be, but with top level fitness he can box and move and that can help his lack of power and having to stand there and trade as much or feel he has to go for it because his knackered. With dedication he would've beat everyone that beat him bar Brook, even with Eggingtons size advantage Gavin should've boxed rings round him, just never wanted it like he should have at any time of his career

reminds me of Lucas Matthysse -- who seems to have retired now but if he comes back that would make for a good fight

I think he would beat Rios

A tough kid, he's a handful for anyone, I expect him to be UD'd regular though right at the top

Yeah but for how long? kL is a disciplined patient stalker. When he lands he gets results. Gavin and Skeete together lasted just 6.rounds with him.. . that's not too shabby. He ended both in the very first round in which he started to get through. Once he starts to get to a guy the time it takes him to end fights has been very short. That's the mark of a true killer. I'm not saying he's flawless.. .But he is One to watch.

His promoter Lou DiBella compares him to the late Arturo Gatti.
He is more like Kelly Pavlik in that he is huge for his division and his power
and style will lead to so exciting bouts.
However i feel if he fights the division best like Crawford, Spence and Porter
    he will be exposed.
