For me it's RJJ. No one throws a full power shots from point a to point b as fast as he did. I'm not so much impressed by guys who throw more or less shoeshines in fast combos as I am with a guy just exploding with a lightning quick shot.
GRJ I think is a good mention as well, it's probably not cool to mention him since he's not really accomplished much but pure hand-speed wise, he's shocked me more than anyone from current era. I mean seeing Khan, Pacquiao etc you think, yeah those guys are really fast. When I first saw GRJ, it was just like "WTF???"

Roy is number 1 and it's not close. His handspeed was in a league of its own. Second place goes to prime Camacho, third place goes to Leonard, and fourth place goes to Mel Taylor. From there it gets debatable, but I'd probably go Ali, Tyson, Patterson, Mosley, Judah, and Howard Davis.
