So he got in Gareth A Davies' face and started acting all threatening to him too? He did the same to Radio Rahim and Frank Warren who is a 66 y/o old man. To BJS 2.0 who is a MW. He's clearly a nasty little or rather big bully and I hope a career ending beating is coming his way very soon.
I'm glad I don't do sports journalism as I'm not sure how I'd have reacted to him in either video. I'd imagine I would of asked him if that glare was for me as it was wasted as I wasn't his opponent in an amused tone and that may well have seen me given the mascot treatment by an enraged 'Bronze Bomber'.
I think wilders been shown up for what he is so far. Nothing more than a bully. He's used to having people fear him....the problem they have is when they meet an opponent that doesn't. They lose it cause they no longer have that control. Klitchko hated that against fury. Wilder will still fight pretty carefully on Saturday night from the opening....but if he doesn't get control back from fury early doors it could turn into a long night for him. Becoming apparent he can't handle not having the situation under control. Left trying to look threatening against two reporters. Might not affect the fight....fury's been off for three years afterall. One things for sure tho fury unnerves these guys. He's like an amateur version of Ali. Will not be intimidated. Fury has a calmness that unnerves opponents. That carries over in a fight from what I,ve seen. Ali was the master at it tho...fury's like an apprentice.
Wilder looked uncomfortable during the last media day. But it's to be seen how he reacts during the fight.
The mental game will not affect Wilder.I remember the movie, "The Children Of Damed", they destroyed others through mind power, but someone discovered the perfect ploy, think of a brick wall, Wilder is that brick wall.
It was likely staged to create drama to help the poor sales. The 400 year struggle line seemed genuine and when he explained it the interviewer.
