If anything I would think Fury will want to humiliate Joshua in a boxing ring.

Ah yes, you're quite right the spending power of the US pales into insignificance with the UK. This is why over the last 60 years every American band and film star has put "breaking into the UK" above all other career goals and why Floyd came to Ireland to fight McGregor.

    Oh hang on.

Get real. If Wilder gives Fury the smelling salts treatment on Saturday and Eddie starts building up both their profiles the amount to be earned (admittedly in a few years) will make the Fury fight seem like chump change.

I guess he was after he lost his IBF title he won in the ring out of it ,as he was in a rematch clause with Klity so could not fight there the mandatory *****...Which ,I believe is the very Belt that Joshua was handed over by that mong Martin...odd that that IBF just could not wait...Hmmm strange how Fury has come up the ranks but joshua the robot has been gifted a soft Gold medal & a very soft HW Belt ...or do you class the Martin fight as an epic battle lol

If you haven't heard this before, just listen to it, yes it's a few years ago but Furys opinion on AJ might surprise you.

Eh? Joshua vs Fury in the UK would be much, much bigger than if Joshua fought AJ

Both fighters have grown and improved a lot but just like Fury believes his "king of the sauna" experience was significant against Wladimir.. He then must also believe those sparring sessions hold some weight.

This was so hard to understand I can’t even begin to reply. What in the name of god are you talking about? Is English your first language?

I believe deep down Hearn and Joshua are absolutely loving this at the moment, they are giving away tickets for this Fury/Wilder fight, the estimates for the PPV are dropping by the day and over here in the UK it's still being overshadowed by Whyte Vs Chisora.

So if this does poorly any future negotiations will now be weighted in Hearn's favour, the court of public opinion will be on Hearn's side when it comes to money, offers and a side (I don't like the aside stuff personally) if this Fury Wilder PPV is poor and the event as a whole sort of flops.

Add the fact that at least one unbeaten rival to AJ will be defeated at the weekend (assuming no draw), if it's Wilder then there will be a rematch so Hearn gets another AJ defence in April without having to talk about Wilder or Fury.

If Wilder wins and the purses are poor and the PPV wasn't good for Wilder then Hearn could even turn the screw and offer less than before and be justified in doing so, that was the gamble Wilder took when he turned down that 15 million "peasant money".

The only way this turns sour for Hearn is if the PPV explodes and it gets huge exposure. At this moment in time the PPV looks set to be a disappointment and there is virtually no exposure anywhere.

I think Fury will go on another long vacation.

If Fury wins, the fight with AJ would be a very big event in the UK. No matter what the PPV numbers or gate sales for the Wilder fights are, Fury will demand a large share. The negotiation will fail and both fighters will move on.

As much as it would probably hit DAZN, it would still be win/win - Fury v Joshua is already a much, much, much bigger fight domestically, it would become the biggest British fight of all time by a margin of three or four if Fury beat Wilder. With that in mind, I don't think he'd be devastated, but you know for a fact Fury won't let them hear the end of it - and it would be quite hilarious!

I agree, maybe I didn't express that point clearly (if at all). If Fury won and won a rematch then AJ vs Fury will be the biggest all British fight of all time.

It would still be huge if Fury lost at the weekend, it's still a very big domestic fight.

The only loser out of all this it will be Wilder, even if he wins he could still lose heavily in regards to AJ negotiations.

If Fury beats Wilder, fully expect Ortiz to sign a 3 fight DAZN deal the next day. Hell, Ortiz is most likely Hearns wildcard for this very scenario.

If fury wins and that fight gets made it becomes not only the biggest fight in british boxing history, but one of the biggest fights in all time heavyweight history
