not too much in the way of muscle on the guy, when you consider how much blubber he still carries at that height and weight.
I think it tells us maybe he needed another two fights to get in shape for a big fight again. As everyone has said he rush a little bit after the layoff. Had he had two move fights maybe he would have been at Klitschko level
That will be hard for him to get to the body without putting himself in danger for that right. It would be a good choice, but I he will use the early rounds to avoid the right and maybe land some jabs and counterpunches. I think if he does last he will hurt Wilder with a right counter.
The bomb squad rubbing their hands with delight. Fury really should have tried getting down to that weight, he fought Klitschko with. Even 4 pounds lower would have helped that. This is like taking candy from a baby, when Deontay starts unloading, and Fury realizes he's too slow to get out of way. Lol just call the whole thing off right now, Tyson messed up his metabolism with all those drinking binges.
He just has too much body fat on him, he's still probably about 20% body fat and so has no muscular definition. He has more muscle than Wilder but he's not as ripped as Wilder. If he got as lean as Wilder he'd probably be about 230lbs and even then all that loose skin and his poor genetics would have him look poor in comparison.
Have you forgotten how much he weighed against Chisora in their 2nd fight? He was heavier than he is for the Wilder fight and completely outboxed him.
I thought Fury would be a few pounds lighter also. I don't see the advantage of carrying timber verses Wilder but I don't think it's going to be a big factor.
Chisora is a completely different type of opponent. Chisora isn’t a very mobile puncher with an excellent gas tank like Wilder is. Chisora is heavy handed and can punch anybody’s lights out, but at 240+ he isn’t as fast as Wilder and unfortunately doesn’t keep his power late. Against a guy like Wilder that constantly moves and is constantly trying to sneak a big right hand through the guard the last thing you want to do is have any extra pounds on you in the later rounds that might start slowing you down.
