Seems like that 50 million was a load of tosh, For apparently the biggest boxing fight in history the cash is poor for both Wilder and Fury. These kind of numbers have got to make you laugh when both fighters think that they should get 50% for the Joshua fight.

That was a much bigger fight than Wilder-Fury. The T-Mobile arena badly wanted to see Joshua-Wilder as their first Heavyweight title match for their arena after the Joshua-Wlad rematch fell through and wealthy investors were willing to put up the money for it, which is why Haymon was able to secure the $50 million as easily as he did for Joshua.

The T-Mobile Arena and the MGM Grand had no interest in Wilder-Fury, since they didn’t think it would sell tickets due to Fury’s inactivity, which is turning out to be true in Los Angeles, since a ton of tickets are still available.
