What rank would you give Jeff Horn on the pound for pound greatest fighters of all time list

He just beat Anthony Mundine in under 2 minutes, and he beat 8 division champion Manny Pacquiao (controversial)

Cruised thru Pacman, did to Mundine what noone could do. Made Crawford go life or death with a highly jetlagged Horn, who I believe stated, and I quote, ''Didnt really give a rats arse''. Wow imagine if he drops the attitude for the rematch. He'll cruise thru Bud and cement his spot in the top echelon of all time pugilists.

It takes a legend to beat a legend.... So... What does it take to beating 2 legends... It takes the all-time greatest p4p number 1 fighter of all time; I give you JEFF HORN!

Same place I rated him prior to KOing his weight drained, old and shopworn opponent. I don't really rate Horn. He isn't that good. He got a gift decision against Pacquiao, and got his arse handed to him against Crawford. Horn would lose to the vast majority of the guys in the top 30, and also lose to most of the top prospects as well.

He got a gift against a badly faded Pac, got pounded by Crawford and KOed a 43 year old glass chinned Mundine looking for a payday.

He is not on a p4p list, but he is one of the top 50,000 boxers of all time, I'd give him that.

I currently have him rated at #11,391 P4P all time, but I am debating moving him up past Elijah Tillery to #11,390.
