Wilder stops him. Fury may cause some uncomfortable moments with his general antics, movement etc but Wilder will catch him sooner or later and I just get the impression he floors Fury then stops him on his feet around the 10th. Fury doesn't have the power to keep Wilder at bay. The yo yo weight fluctuations, inactivity and layoff will be too big of an hurdle to overcome.
Heart, Fury. Head, Wilder. You don't have a 3 year lay off , balloon up to 27st and beat the heavyweight champion of the world in your 3rd fight back. If he pulls it off I'll be amazed.
Wilder comes from behind and stops Fury around the 8th. Fury has been through too much and this has come far too soon for him.
Wilder points. Nothing happens first two or three. Fury making him miss but doing little offensively. One of the fifth sixth seventh Wilder lands something of note and either drops or staggers Fury. Fury survives but goes very defensive. Wilder on the cards by two rounds/three with one card deemed a bit wide.
it is a tough fight. Wilder's power makes it hard to predict against anyone, but I pick Fury by 7th round knockout or TKO. How is that.
I mean if Wilder wins in one round I would not be surprised either. He has that power and Fury is a bit of an unpredictable person these days. I just feel he has enough left to surprised this guy and land some power on Wilder, who does not seem to take punches well.
My money is on Fury by stoppage. I do believe Wilder has a huge heart and will likely take a beating in there but will ultimately get stopped. I do like Wilder though and I think he can still beat other HW's but Fury is a bad match-up for him.
