If Stevenson carries on where would you like to see him go? Jack beats him in a rematch IMO. Maybe a farewell fight with Pascal? One last fight for both men? Would be fun.

Lovely finish too. Winning your world title via KO in your opponent's backyard. I'm no fan of Adonis but he's been a solid champion and one of the sports premier KO artists with sick power in that left hand of his.

HAHAHAH look at this usual suspect acting like 41 isn't old REGARDLESS of the circumstances. There's rare exceptions like Bhop who can be super effective at 41. Stevenson's style clearly isn't one of these. To be shot it's not all about how many fights you had. If this was the case Bhop would've been shot far longer. It's how your body ages. And Stevenson looked AWFUL in his last fight, and looked tired after the 3rd in this breathing super hard.

Atlas is going to have a big head on him after this. Reality of it is he had a great fighter who would have won with any half decent trainer.

Great KO wasn’t it?! :) The usual ***** suspect on yet another RBR trying to discredit a well deserved win.

    Lol

The level of competition Adonis fought in 2018 was the best he did since 2013. It's a damn shame we didn't get to see better matchups with him over the last 5 years...however hard it was to make the tough fights with him after he won the title, he's a warrior in the ring.

Sucks that his title reign is best defined as "what if". With that exceptional left hand and explosiveness, it's not like he didn't have the ability to win more big fights.

Yes. Adonis caught him with a number of left hands that many predicted he wouldn't be able to take. His powers of recovery in the round he got dropped in were very impressive as that shot was a bomb.

That's the only fight for him. Or possibly Kovalev.

He should've. He's a good talent. But this was clearly a shot to pieces Stevenson. He was there for the taking after the 4th.

Stevenson vs Kovalev, overdue but fun fight. Both are essentially in the same position, slightly faded but extremely dangerous to anyone.

He is a warrior in the ring and a was a fantastic fighter over the hill but his personality and his past is what makes people dislike him.

You mad son. It's a factor but Stevenson is still a top fighter. He proved that against Jack who was easily his best opponent(prior to this) since winning the belt from Dawson years ago. Stevenson is a young 41 not an old one. Only a top 5 guy has a realistic shot at beating him.
