Dmitry and Eleider are the best pure boxers, while Beterbiev is the biggest puncher. The best all-around package (more balanced than any of the above) might just be Gvozdyk, followed by Jack.

There is also the possibility of the Krusher getting his groove back, some delusional part of me still wants to believe he might.

Me too, but after three "I hope", I am losing my faith... If the "Nail" wins, he's #1, if not it is either Bivol or Beterbiev. Actually, I would love to see a brutal slug fest between Beterbeast and Stevenson. The first clean shot ends the question who's the biggest puncher at LHW.

Super 8 at light heavyweight. DO IT. I think either Bicol or Gvozdky is the best.

    Fair enough.

...and yeah, biggest puncher in the division is probably between Stevenson, Beterbiev and Kovalev. I don't think any of them is really in the 'best overall light heavyweight' discussion, though (Beterbiev due to being too limited, Kovalev due to being worn down and on the down-slide of his prime, and Stevenson due to a combination of both reasons). Álvarez, Bivol and Gvozdyk are the vanguard, with Jack trailing behind them but still lapping the aforementioned big-puncher trio.

I'd say Alvarez then the Nail.

Stevenson appears done as a typical human being

Gvozdyk's #1 atm. No "if", "but" or "may be"!

Gvozdyk looked great. It's gonna be really interesting to see who comes on top between Gvozdyk, Bivol and Beterbiev.

    1. Gvoz
    2. Alvarez

    The rest.

Beating Stevenson was more valuable than Kovalev since Adonis was the champ.

This. He had the biggest test and delivered. Besides Ward himself I don't think anybody else would've neutralized Stevenson's straight left like Gvozdyk did.
