Whyte and Miller will slaughter Wilder

As bad as Wilder looked last weekend I'd still favour him over Miller and Whyte. Fury is as elusive as it gets while Whyte and Miller are easy to hit. I think they'd be competitive fights though, Wilder isn't head a shoulders above them but he has that huge punch to bail him out and there's no guarantee that Whyte and Miller can rise from the dead like Fury.

 

Whyte is all wrong for Wilder. He will do what Tyson should have done at times, get up close, rough him up, lean on him and smash his body to bits.

 

Wilder knocks Whyte out within 5.. Dunno about Miller. Miller would outweigh Wilder by 110 pounds.. Could be the same KO as Stiverne II or if Miller has a solid chin he can pull the upset...

 

Miller and Whyte aren't in the same boat, Miller is better boxer with better chin. Whyte has better resume than Miller so far, so I rank him higher, but h2h Miller is far harder opponent for AJ, Fury or Wilder.

 

This is why he ducked Whyte in the UK for career high payday and a shot at AJ.

And Miller would have 100+ lbs on Wilder, coming non stop, throwing punches, not exactly easy night's work.

 

I agree with the above. I would add Usyk, Povetkin, Parker, Pulev and Hunter to fighters I would back to beat Wilder if he was to fight them.

 

Anyone still calling wilder glass jawed is clearly an idiot. You cannot possibly make it this far in boxing with his sloppy style and leaky defense without getting stopped at some point.

Why don't people who are saying that Whyte and co get "KO'd cold" actually explain how/why Wilder Kos them?

Based on what we have all seen, Wilder (vs better opposition) is pretty trash. Whyte bodies Wilder in the mid rounds, too much work rate, too much body work and a good amount of pop. Wilder visibly gassed in rounds 9-12 against Fury - who barely touched Wilder to the body, Whyte would slaughter him.

 

Explain how Whyte, who is a fast starter alone and can bang, would get "knocked out cold".

 

Apparently he is not. He is Letting emotions get in the way of logic.

I'd love to see Miller-Fury. Two massive guys. What will Miller do with a guy as big as he is and a much better boxer? And he (Miller) is not going to intimidate Fury with his menacing stare.

 

I actually like Whyte and believe he has good timing and power, but his conditioning down the stretch would let him down against Wilder. I really wish he would get his weight back down to 230-235, since at 250+ I can't back him against Widler, Joshua, or Fury. Fury's efficient footwork and head movement left him full of energy in the later rounds against Wilder while Whyte could still use some work in both departments.
