1) Pacquiao-Cotto Round 4 (David dropping Goliath) 2) Castillo-Corrales Round 10 3) Wilder-Fury Round 12
He was knocked down... And then got up to do what he did to Wilder all fight... Out box him... He showed good heart to get up but outside of that nothing else about the round made it legendary.
The most amusing aspect about this fight is even though the drug-ravaged inactive shadow of The Gypsy King's suicidal shot ghost hadn't fought anyone with a pulse in 3 years, was totally inactive for 2.5 years, abused the hell out of his body with industrial quantities of alcohol, drugs and junk food all throughout his inactivity, ballooned up to over 400lbs and had to shed 140lbs of it back off, and was battling depression/mental illness, suicidal thoughts, and came close to topping himself, the only real success Donkey had in the fight is when The Gypsy King got overconfident and careless and lost concentration. Even a Fury that was just 1 or 2% better (say 52% of maximum sharpness) wouldn't have allowed that to happen.
In my eyes it is. im not demanding it gets put in any official list but to me it was one of the best. If you didnt know anything about Boxing the 1st minute was awful, but everything after and including Wilders beautiful wound up right hand was brililant. The rest of that round could of been a movie. It seemed far fetched. You dont get knocked down and out like that, wake up like the Undertaker, get up, not only not have to climb up the ropes like Rocky but on surprisingly steady legs, ride out a very short attempt to end it and then take over the rest of the round. In that round we are given a monster shot with a great head rocking follow up, a knock out and a superhuman like recovery, a great camera shot of Wilder as Fury beckoned him and then the guy who should be looking to then get the finish got outboxed and stung by the guy who by rights should still be led on the floor receiving medical attention. It was incredible.
