    It's obvious enough, unfortunately... Bad enough to open his skull to operate on the brain (I am almost sure it was that because what other surgery did he need?) and even after that they are still afraid to wake him up... :ohno

    learning About Stevensons criminal past (including forcing a 17 year old Girl into prostetution) made me lose all sympathy for him.

    but still i dont wish for him to wind up handicapped. nobody deserves that.

    i kno . is he gonna be able to walk or talk or remember anything? nowone knows or what? is he gonna be like the gman , or like the puerto rican kid pritchard colon? or the magoo guy that was in that vicious fight with mike perez? is on that level? because if so man thats sad news. an i hope the nail can proceed his career with out any guilt. boxing is one hell of a price.

    TBH, I just read an article detailing all of the things he's done and even though he was much younger, my sympathy has melted away. Only on account of his daughter that I'm hoping he recovers fully.

    As @305th said, there's a chance he might end like Gerald McClellan... The dilemma here is that each day in a coma increases those chances, unfortunately, but they can not wake him up too early because he might die or end up even worse... :ohno

    Just checked. Gerald spent 11 days in a coma, Watson over 40 and Nick Blackwell one week. Watson has 6 surgeries to remove a clot, McClellan one while Nick Blackwell didn't require any.

    Am currently looking for medical papers.

    I know it sounds hypocritical because I support the sport by following it but it's brutal and I would understand if it were banned some day.
