In 3 years Gervonta Davis will give Loma a very hard fight

Francisco Fonseca was like from other planet in his fight with Davis.So..i'm not sure about Lomachenko, but Fonseca will destroy Davis again.

 

If they don’t fight in the next year or two, the fight will never happen

 

Still think I'm crazy? Loma is 2 years away from not having enough for Davis anymore. About to turn 31 in a couple months. Speed and reflexes will start to decline which a big part of Loma style. Shoulder and right hook are still a big question mark.

 

Loma is much more skilled than Tank. But Father Time is undefeated.

So you are saying Tank can only beat a Loma not in his prime.

 

I dont think Loma can win this fight if it happens in 2021 or later.

 

Davis would give Lomachenko a tough fight right now. In a year or two he would probably beat Lomachenko.

 

I think he beats Tank easy. Problem with Tank is he is wasting his career away with Floyd. He should be fighting 3 times a year. Fighting once every 2 year isn't going to prepare him for the bigger guys.

 

Loma is 4 years away from not having enough, shoulder will heal in time, if you expect a fighter coming back from a serious injury to go all out attack in their first fight back, you have no idea how it feels coming back to sport after serious injury. Loma toys with Tank, I have no clue how people think otherwise, Tank is smaller than Loma and the only time Loma faces any adversity at all is when fighting taller and rangier fighters, Tank has nothing to offer Loma except a fluke KO.

 

I would have given him almost no shot against 130 Loma which was peak Loma IMO.

Would favor Davis as time passes by. When I made this thread in July I thought Loma was still 3 years away from Davis being a threat. But now that might only be 1 year away.

 

Peering through all the hype, Lomachenko has gotten hit, whenever his opponent has put in half an effort. Even Marriaga touched him up a bit before he quit. Davis is smaller than Loma, but has counter punching ability, handspeed, and power. He has more than a punchers chance.

 

Marriaga did hit him some bit. He didn't look that great until he made him quit. Definitely turned on the jets there in thst fight before the stoppage.

Davis is shorter than Loma but bigger. At 130 Loma would have turned him all night long. As time passes by the pendulum swings to Davis.

 

In 3 years tanks will have prob had 2 fights he is so god damn inactive..
