Rocky in the first 30 seconds with his trade mark shot that doesn’t look hard, flush or even have any technique but seems to hurt everyone.

Seriously though, I can see Canelo capitalising on Rocky’s lack of jab and wearing him down to the body like he did with Beefy.

Let’s be honest, we’re all thinking body shot because Canelo can barely reach Fielding’s head.

 

Canelo stops him. Huge size disparity but huge levels disparity too.

 

I watched a documentary on this recently. The champ picked Rocky as a bit of a novelty fight really, no-one gave him a chance. Apparently however Rocky comes from a humble background and is very popular in his neigbourhood. Helps out the girl at the pet store, her brother lets him train in a cold meat storage he works at. Didn't see the end but they all seem very positive about the upcoming fight, maybe this will be a cherry pick gone wrong?

 

I went to watch Rocky when he headlined at the Olympia against dilks. He seemed to be well supported by local people.

 

He's not all sweet and innocent you know. Apparently he has a shady past working for money lenders down at the Liverpool docks. Broke a few thumbs in his time by all accounts. Hopefully with this big pay day he can put his criminal days behind him.

 

I'm still gutted about the Spider Rico performance.
