30lbs of muscle would take more than over a year naturally, it would take a lifetime once you’ve gone past the stage of begginer gains, which as a professional athlete Wilder clearly has.

You think it takes 1 year to gain 30lbs of muscle mass naturally? You’re living in a dreamland, try an entire lifetime naturally once you’ve had beginner gains and you’d be closer to the mark.

Imagine if Wilder just had 15 lbs more in muscle, he would gas out much much quicker. And his stamina is already horrible.

I'm surprised some clueless momo hasn't brought up "Wilder's insane genetics" yet. You know it's coming.

I think it will benefit him. I think he comes in too light and cuts weight when he dosent need to be doing that. Not cutting as much weight will increase his gas tank and obviously his power. He will also be able to fight on the inside better and user his weight to push the opponent around. I think its a good idea although i dont think he should put on too much weight.

He needs to bulk up on his legs. No top half work, straight sqautting and sprint work.

He's all over the place. Not that long ago he was talking of going to cruiserweight. He talks a lot of ****.

That's the Bronze Bomber who said that.

Wilder wants to bulk up to a ripped 245 naturally by March so he can compete with Fury.

Meanwhile the Bronze Bomber wants to cut to cruiserweight to fight his brother for all the marbles (coz who else is there to fight?)

Not that it's any gauge to the truth, but I don't think Wilder's ever said he intentionally cuts weight. Rather, he just trains and lets the weight get to where it will.

If he did cut weight in his last two fights however then he's an absolute goon.

Fury can't make 245 pounds. Damn it.... If he added 30 pounds to his normal weight then he could be as slow as a Sloth in the Amazon Jungle.

His stamina was already bad. He won't last 8 rounds if hes at 245.

Fury is a bit wider and about 1.5 inches taller. I'd say he'd naturally carry about 15 lbs (maybe slightly more) more than Wilder.
